Detoxifying Green Smoothie

Ingredients

• 1 orange, peeled
• ½ lime, peeled
• 2 cups baby spinach
• 1 Lebanese cucumber
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Method

1. Place all ingredients except chia seeds into a powerful blender and blend until smooth. Stir in chia seeds and drink.
