Coconut and Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

• ½ cup hulled strawberries
• 1 heaped tablespoon canned coconut cream
• 2 tablespoons of protein powder
• 1 cup water or hemp milk
• 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
