Creamy Avocado Dressing

This dressing will transform a plain salad into something creamy and delicious.

Ingredients

• 1 large avocado
• 3 tablespoons macadamia nut oil or avocado oil
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• ¼ to ½ cup of water, to achieve desired consistency
• ¼ teaspoon salt

Method

1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Pour over your favorite salad.
