Dairy Free Blueberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• ½ cup canned coconut cream
• ½ teaspoon of stevia or prefered sugar substitute

Method

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Serve immediately or place into the freezer if you prefer a harder, more frozen ice cream.​
