Dairy Free Choc Banana Ice-Cream

Serves 4

A creamy, delicious ice-cream that’s also sugar free.

Ingredients

• 2 frozen bananas.
• 1/3 cup full fat coconut yoghurt.
• 2 tablespoons cocoa or cacao powder.
• Liquid stevia, approximately 10 drops.
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Method

• Place all ingredients into a blender or powerful food processor.
• Process until smooth.
