Dairy Free Strawberry Ice Cream

This dairy free strawberry ice cream recipe only has a few ingredients, is super creamy and full of fresh strawberry flavor.

Serves 2

Ingredients

• 1 cup frozen strawberries
• ½ cup sugar free full fat coconut yoghurt
• ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence

Method

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Serve immediately or place into the freezer if you prefer a harder, more frozen ice cream.
