Gallbladder Cleansing Juice

Serves 1

Ingredients

• 1 green apple
• 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
• 2 stalks celery
• 6 beet leaves (substitute with collard greens if unavailable)
• Juice of 1 lemon
• ½ cup cold green tea

Method

Pass the apple, leaves and celery through a juice extractor. Mix with the other ingredients and drink. Rinse your mouth with plain water afterwards, to clear the acid off your tooth enamel.
