Homemade Steak Rub

This steak rub is full of antioxidant rich spices and adds enormous flavor to any meat.

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup ground black pepper
• 2 tablespoons cumin seeds, lightly crushed
• 1/4 cup onion powder
• 2 tablespoons garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons salt

Method

Mix all ingredients together and store in a glass jar. Coat steak, lamb chops or other meat in the rub and then cook as usual.
