Kidney Cleansing Juice

Juice cleanses are all the rage and with good reason. This kidney-cleansing juice will provide your body with an extra cleansing boost.

Ingredients

• 2 stalks celery
• 1 large handful parsley
• 1 orange, peeled
• 1 Lebanese cucumber
• 6 lettuce leaves

Method

Pass all ingredients through a juice extractor and drink.
