hi, I had the sleeve done 2012, the weight has come back due to a back injury that restricted my mobility. I was evaluated for revision surgery, however, I believe the way this works is by going the next step such as bypass etc. You are correct in that being the stomach has thinned, there would be no way to fix the sleeve pouch at that point. FYI in Fresno, California there is a bariatric center that specializes in revisions, so yes it is possible to reverse the weight gain but one would have to seriously change eating habits.
