Hi Shiraz,

Cortisol is a stress hormone made be your adrenal glands. Elevated cortisol typically occurs in highly stressed individuals.
Your cortisol levels are slightly elevated in the morning.
We recommend you take
Magnesium Ultra Potent Powder 1/2 tsp twice daily as it helps to lower cortisol and has a relaxing effect on the body
Tyrosine Mood Food one to two 5ml metric teaspoons with juice or water, 30 minutes before meals, two to three times daily. Tyrosine is an amino acid required for the production of the neurotransmitters dopamine and noradrenalin. These neurotransmitters are involved in memory, satisfaction, concentration, motivation and a happy, stable mood. However, this supplement should not be taken by people using monoamine oxidase inhibitor antidepressant drugs such as Nardil and Parnate.
Livatone Plus 2 caps twice daily to improve liver function and eliminate toxins. If your liver is not functioning optimally it can cause moodiness.
There is an excellent book by Dr Cabot called: 'Help For Depression & Anxiety'.
These are all available here: http://shop.liverdoctor.com/supplements.html
Let us know how you get on.

Kind Regards,
