In reply to Bernard Castillo.

Hello Bernard,
Stinging nettles have a number of positive health benefits and it is has anti-inflammatory properties so may benefit those with Arthritis.
Our article is looking at highly inflammatory foods that are best removed from the daily diet to make the diet potentially far less pain inducing.
When inflammation is low absorption of nutrients is far higher so, as well as being pain free, health is also improved.
Nettle tea or steamed nettles as a vegetable provide many nutrients in addition to its anti-inflammatory benefits.
Kind regards
Victoria

In reply to Mary.

Hello Mary,
It is our understanding that cherries and tart cherry products are beneficial for gout specifically.
Our list of favorable foods included no fruits at all to keep the level of sugar, and thereby inflammation as low as possible.
Kind regards
Victoria
