Chocolate And Coconut Pudding

Ingredients

• One 15-ounce can full fat coconut milk
• 2 tablespoons cocoa or cacao or carob powder
• 1 tablespoon of stevia or preferred sugar substitute/alternative

Method

1. Place the can of coconut milk in the fridge the day before you intend to make this dessert.
2. Separate the solid coconut cream from the liquid in the can.
3. Beat the coconut cream on medium to high for 3 to 4 minutes, or until a pudding-like consistency starts to form.
4. Add the cocoa powder or alternative. Beat for 1 more minute.
5. Serve.
