I had a consultation with Dr Cabot where she told me to take this with Livatone Plus for my fatty liver. BUT I also learned that is great for clearing up excess mucus. I took some when I was very congested last year and it cleared up all the gross mucus in my sinuses within days. Couldn’t believe it. I also finally started losing weight, definitely a bonus.
