Magnesium Complete

I am not getting any more sleep or lessened stress levels and my muscle cramps have remained. So for me this purchase was a complete waste of money. I don’t recommend this product

We understand that our formula won’t work for everyone but we appreciate you trying it out! Although it’s important to note that when taking a magnesium supplements, it’s very important that your vitamin D levels are within normal range as vitamin D helps activate the magnesium. If you are deficient in vitamin D, magnesium supplementation may not work as well for you.
