I think this is a good product to help clean your liver. I trust Dr. Cabot. It doesn’t have much flavor but I add NuNaturals vanilla syrup (sweetened with stevia) and it tastes much better. The powder consistency is very fine which makes it blend extremely well. I use it at least once a day. When I am craving a snack I try making a shake with Synd-X first. I recommend this product.
