Return Policy

We accept returns on products within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once we receive the unwanted products sent back to our office. If you would like to submit a return request, please e-mail our customer support at support@liverdoctor.com or call our office at 632-334-3232 or toll free at 1-888-755-4837. Please note, returns without prior authorization will NOT be accepted.

• Exchanges for an item of the same value are accepted.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Returns past 30 days after delivery will NOT be accepted.
• We do not accept returns on books.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless item is defective.
• In certain cases, opened items may be subject to a restocking fee. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee where applicable.
