I routinely take capsules morning & evening to support my liver function. Whilst I keep my Hashimotos Thyroiditis at bay by being pretty meticulous in avoiding wheat & gluten containing products, I have years of damage to overcome and feel better using Dr Cabot’s product. I have recently found I have methylation issues too and love the methylated B’s in this formulation.
