Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

• Flesh from ½ medium avocado
• 1 Lebanese cucumber
• ½ lime, peeled
• 1 red apple
• 1 cup water
• 2 tablespoons of protein powder

Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
