Berberine

I first started taking after reading Dr Cabot’s book “Healing Autoimmune Disease”. I had sorted my Hashimotos following her protocols outlined in her book on Thyroid and my antibodies came down and my thyroid is no longer a problem. I continue to live gluten free though. However, I did have some gut issues return. I had been tested for SIBO and found to be positive for both methane and hydrogen gases. I checked through the list of all the recommended supplements and crosschecked with the ingredients of all Dr Dr Cabots supplements I was taking. Adding the made a significant difference almost immediately. Bloating and gas were gone, I wasn’t hungry and I lost weight so readily without even trying. I have decided to continue with a daily maintenance dose as I feel so much better taking it.
