Liver Cleansing Diet

Dear Liver Doctor (Sandra Cabot), In January I was diagnosed with a severe fatty liver and stage fibrosis. I was on blood pressure meds and was testing pre-diabetic with a glucose of . In February I started the LCD and have followed it and continued to eat according to Sandra’s recommendations. I recently had a liver biopsy in late May and was shown to have stage fibrosis and mild fatty liver. I am off blood pressure meds and my glucose is down to .
