love this!!!!

I was a little wary at first to take this, but my friend recommended it for my blood sugar and I am pleasanty surprised!!! I have been taking it for months now and my doctor is very happy with my blood sugar numbers. Doc also recommended dietary changes and I have been committed to taking his advice to eat more whole foods and cut back on processed, packaged stuff. I’ve even lost some weight!!! Very happy and will be ordering again and again.
