magnesium Complete

My friend gave me a sample of these to help me with my muscle spasms and WOW. They worked like a charm. Went ahead and bought a bottle. I feel much more relaxed when I take these and my muscle spasms are basically gone. Must been all the different magnesium compounds in this product. Love!
