Magnesium Complete tabs

I love this product. It is the only one I can find that has ALL magnesium compounds. We all probably are lacking in some amount of magnesium and this one is the best. I love the powder form as well for night time to have a good night’s sleep. I trust Dr. Cabot. I saw her once at a seminar years back in Temecula, California and I still can remember what a great speaker she was and how well she explained body types and of course keeping your liver healthy. It all made sense and I have tried ever since to keep a clean diet, – organic, remove sugar, zero caffeine. I believe she wholeheartedly wants us all to be well and gives us the tools whether it be supplements or her books full of wonderful information for great health.
