Progesterone Cream

I am a senior citizen and am beginning to have many hormonal issues. I took prescription HRT meds for years but knew I should get off them. I purchased this product to see if it would help balance me out. It is too soon to tell if it will really help, but I am applying it in the evening and am sleeping better than I have in a long time so I am hopeful.
