I had the perfect opportunity to test these out after I suffered from joint pain in my neck and shoulder (which I exacerbated when swimming one morning. I overdid it!) It took a few days but I definitely noticed a difference. The pain cleared up but not only that, there is usually underlying joint pain (I have Hashimoto’s Disease) in my neck and shoulders and I have noticed a definite improvement. I’m certainly going to keep taking them.
