My primary care physician wanted to put me on Fosamax. I wrote Dr. Cabot for a second opinion. She advised against Fosamax and listed the negative side effects. I trust Dr. Cabot so I said NO to the Fosamax. I take Bone Build and Strontium and have had minimal osteoporosis issues.
I digest them fine. I like all the supplements from Dr. Cabot – they are a very good value on all levels. Excellent actually.
