This is my second purchase of Synd X Protein Powder. My first container lasted a long time because I thought I’d save some $$ by only using scoop. A few days ago I was making my smoothie and couldn’t remember if I added the protein powder because I add other powders, so I put in a scoop. Well I might have saved a few bucks but I missed out on thick creamy flavor. Wow what a difference! From now on its scoops which is the recommended amount. Also it held me over until my second meal without hunger pangs. I love this stuff.
