I had an OAT (organic acid test) recently and was surprised to be told I had methylation issues. Following B injections I have continued with Triple B; why – because of the forms of B this formulation encompasses. My understanding is that the hydroxycobalamin is the precursor to the other active forms; Methylcobalamin which works on neurological function & adenosylcobalamin which I think of as my energy B. Triple B has helped too with my blood pressure, which was way too low.
