Vitamin E Natural Form softgels

I am very happy with these softgels because they contain the natural form of Vitamin E and are easy to swallow. At present I am taking two softgels daily to build up my blood levels as they were low and I want the best antioxidant levels i can get to help protect me from aging more rapidly than i need to and for added protection to help my body deal with any Covid- variant that might come my way. I understand Vitamin C (water soluble) and Vitamin E (fat soluble) recycle each other and at age I need all the help my own immune system can give me.
