Strawberry Fruit Salad

This quick and easy salad boasts the goodness of fresh fruit and an explosion of flavors.

Serves 4

Ingredients

• 2 cups washed and hulled strawberries, chopped
• 2 oranges, sliced into bite sized pieces
• 2 kiwi fruits, chopped
• 1 large banana, sliced
• ¼ cup fresh passionfruit pulp
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Method

1. Mix strawberries, oranges, kiwi and banana gently with your hands in a bowl.
2. Whisk the lime juice with the passionfruit pulp together and then pour over salad.
3. Toss gently and serve.
